Giving my very sore knee a break, I used bike for long workout. It also allowed me to rush home if required while M is away. I was out of the saddle often, logging caches. Lost pair of reading glasses.

I had a nasty scare 25 minutes into a pleasant run en route to O meet. In midstride it was if I had no left leg. I came down on my left knee on sidewalk and then both palms. My immediate thoughts were to warn Rorry to be prepared to find another ROGAINE teammate. Eventually I dusted myself off and headed off to Timm Drive in still decent time...for me...much better time than run home after orienteering.
