Note

I returned to sports medicine clinic to share x-ray report with Dr Curran. The only useful yet still hopeless information is that my knee would definitely require a full knee replacement, not a partial. Narrowing joint space makes the hyaluronan therapy less likely to succeed. If I want more details knee brace, I should visit KineMedics. In any case, cortisone, hyaluronan and brace are only for pain management. The end.

Thus ends my poorest week and month of training in years.

The run reminded me of the days when running outdoors was my only training option. I went to such trouble to find clear, dry streets with no traffic. With 40kph winds, I should have worn another layer below waist.
