My meds are done and only scars remain. I better marked my rash as healed. The groin rash does more resemble rash from heat and sweat.

Thanks to the cortisone, this was a quick and comfortable trip around Bruce Pit. However, the 'roid jitters made for a sleepless night.

I couldn't resist stretching my legs immediately before my first cortisone shot. Dr Curran asked a good question. Did the five days of prednisone help the knee? I don't really know since the heavy meds kept me off my feet.

It was such a small needle, I had no issues with the needle. It might actually be working as I already find myself more confident with stairs at work.
