It turns out that bloody vomit was actually bloody poop which happened again today and back to vet, third trip in ten days: segmented colitis; salazopyrin, metronidazole, fortiflora and new food.

Preliminary diagnosis of colitis should have been bleeding ulcer which became obvious yesterday after vomiting blood in the car. Vet has added sucralfate and...to the antibiotics. The worse case would be a perforated ulcer. I am treating today's outing as potentially our final joint cardio session.
