I have changed AP injury to upper leg from knee.

Monday morning I was told I must not run. Wednesday evening I was told I must run but avoid hills and squatting position.

Note
(injured)

M gave up her consult with a nurse practitioner so that I could see someone about my 'good' knee issues. For now, I will line up physiotherapy, take max doses of acetaminophen, and use diclofenac topical. There will also be no running for the time being. We will review things in four to six weeks. Though I felt like I was in a drug stupor, I did sleep through the night Monday.

clock and GPSr failed me. Knee pain is almost unbearable for workout, not just driving and sleep.
