X Country Did a race where we had to find a moving coach then go find another moving coach and then another before returning to the first one. The goal was to catch the coaches as many time as we could.

ARX intense training with first 2 minute where we had to as many burpes are we could, then a relay between running 100 m an planking until you partner got back, and finally interval were we tried to have the same time each time. There was a 5 minute break between each.
