30 sets of heel touches, bicycles, squats, leg extensions, swimmer arms, push ups.

Sooo hot
6x 200m with 50m float, 5x200m with 50 float, 4x200m with 50m float.
This was in partners and I got to run with super Peter and super Maureen (who I learnt has won the city to bay a number of times in the 80’s or 70’s)
