orienteering 28:00 [3]
WOC model map. Feeling nervous but ok. I went to 6 controls hard and found it ok to run but still having to stop and read. I seem to be getting distracted when seeing other runners so I am happy I am early tomorrow.
It is my plan tomorrow to stop, plan, look and bang. I will do this for out of the control circle, if I am unsure and then just out side the control circle.
I am hoping this will work and I will be safe but also fast.
