orienteering race 1:13:37 [4] 6.7 km (10:59 / km) +250m 9:16 / km

ok positivly i navigated really well under extreame conditions. negativly i hit the wall going to number 2. the rest of the course after that was a real mission and i almost collapsed and sat down and cried on the way to number 7.... lets just say that my rest day did not help at all and i was even more tired by the end of it then i was at the beginning.
next year the long is right after the sprint so the long should be better... physcally.
soooo in the end i came 51st. not very happy because i knew i could run faster but yesterday i could barley lift my legs.

orienteering race (jwoc middle A final) 35:30 [5] 3.0 km (11:50 / km) +140m 9:36 / km

my god this was hard.
started off with the usualy pre race routine but i felt really uneasy before the start because i wasnt feeling the same as the other races during the week, i wasnt nervous enough i think. anyway i got my act togethor 10mins before the start.
the race itself was extreamly tough and i was about ready to collapse at control 5. 4 felt far to long in my head so that really put me off..
other than that i kept to my plans ok. except for the last control where i just ran in the complete wrong direction... oh well. 28th was still good.
over all (with the walking and tiredness and getting lost) i reckon i lost about 3-4mins all up... so bring on podium next year.. hahahaha one can dream.

orienteering race (jwoc middle qual) 28:19 [5] 2.9 km (9:46 / km) +135m 7:55 / km

first real race out in the forest today. didnt know what to expect but i got the flow going by the 3rd control. spiked the first 4 and little hestitation on 5. 6and 7 were fine. 8 was slow as i ran to a wrong control in a similar gully. spiked 9, 10 was too low and the same with 11 where i heard my name.
was a very slow race was actaully walking up hills (cliffs) to get to the controls.
other than that iam fairly happy with it. came 9th in womens c so that means im in the A final tomorrow.
gotta focus!

usual warm up

orienteering race (jwoc sprint) 15:24 [5]

jwoc sprint was good and stuff and had pretty clean as run. route choice was good too. i was in my zone today.
ended up 49th so i cracked the top 50 and im pretty happy with that considering it was the sprint, my weakest discipline.
