this was the camp champs for the junior camp i was on last week,
there were 20 people entered into this and i cam 8th and was the 1st female, pretty stoked about that. ummm and it was at cherrabah

very good day, spikled almost everycontrol, im getting this visualtiastion thing. checked which side of the feaure the control was on. twas good
did a 7.3km window o and it was awesome, and then a 6.5km relay in 47mins , it was real good.

Wednesday Jun 28

1st did this visualisation thingy, sutffed up badly and skipped heaps of controls and so went back to do the 1st 4 again
2nd did the full 5km line course, very good only made a little mistake

Tuesday Jun 27

shoes: keen
did this route choice thing on sandy creek, was pretty good and hilly and it was pretty fast. took breathers at every control, had a 1.6km leg in it too

Monday Jun 26

orienteering race (terrain run) 11:03 [5]2 km (5:32 / km)
shoes: keen
jjunior camp
best time ive done on the terrain run in a while.
after that did a map memory exercise where i drew a map after running a loop memorising the map
