| had fun today, did two courses, one just like a sprint thingy, couldnt find two because it was in the wrong spot so kept running..others couldnt't find it either. then the next thing was a practice on sprint running, that was fun too, came 2nd out of the 4 ppl i was running against.

then ran/walked to oval, then did 3 x 400m intervals, 2.00, 2.01, then i thought that these times were ridicoulsly slow so the last one was 1.49...still slow, kinda tired from hills thenn... went home and now im studying for a chem exam tomrorow, hrmmm whats an alkane? | ||

| run at samford forest, was wet and i ran hard up hills, twas a fun day, has some confusion with one, being marked wrong, so i wasted time there standing around with other people on my course, then another confusion at 2 where i think i marked it wrong this time, stopped short thinking it was the major water course junction but it was the smaller one 15m away from it. other then that navigation was fine, hills were fine and umm shoelaces not fine. wasted about 3 mins all up, i wish i could run up hills faster...someday... | ||
