came 5th, if i didnt stuff up the 2nd last contorl i could have won.

had fun today, did two courses, one just like a sprint thingy, couldnt find two because it was in the wrong spot so kept running..others couldnt't find it either. then the next thing was a practice on sprint running, that was fun too, came 2nd out of the 4 ppl i was running against.
was intense!

hardings paddock, twas fun. stuffed up number 10 a bit because i crossed the creek too early because for some reason i took a bearing of a random termite mound that i though was distinct. but i hit the fence and went in, not that much time wasted. bit slow going up hills and stuff

didi warm up then did hills , did one continuous loop of 4 x 100m in 3:43 then, one in 39.85, then 37.12
then ran/walked to oval, then did 3 x 400m intervals, 2.00, 2.01, then i thought that these times were ridicoulsly slow so the last one was 1.49...still slow, kinda tired from hills
thenn... went home and now im studying for a chem exam tomrorow, hrmmm whats an alkane?

did a 3km course one way with krystal, swapping the legs, then came back and did it in reverse, also there was a warm up and stuff, and we were chasing another team... he he almost beat kierans team ;)

run at samford forest, was wet and i ran hard up hills, twas a fun day, has some confusion with one, being marked wrong, so i wasted time there standing around with other people on my course, then another confusion at 2 where i think i marked it wrong this time, stopped short thinking it was the major water course junction but it was the smaller one 15m away from it. other then that navigation was fine, hills were fine and umm shoelaces not fine. wasted about 3 mins all up, i wish i could run up hills faster...someday...

feet not feeling to good today, don't know why, couldn't lift them, maybe from work last night, just felt dead. now i feel really guilty for either not pushing myself hard enough and stopping and procrastinating lots...hmmph...controlsinwongplace...

had a nice old chat to a snake on the course too
