orienteering race 43:20 [3]*** 3.2 km (13:32 / km)
spiked:11/12c shoes: jalas flx
It was a good course, i had a bit of difficulty at 2 but luckly everyone did. i should of had a better, or at least a route choice to number 2 but it wasnt too bad in the end. all the controls after that were fine.

this was a great little run in my new shoes. they are just extra shoes for running in case my other ones get stolen..like last time.. crazy nuriootpa folk...or my uncle has them either one.
Any who about the run, well i was just running really strong the whole way and the last bit is really hilly and the last time i did this loop i did it in 27mins. and that was last year around november. so yah! pushed the 2km really hard up the hills

Saturday Jun 2

run 1:22:00 [3]13 km (6:18 / km)
shoes: asics kayano
this was kinda funny, i lost the whole pack at the 20min mark when there was this crossroads....soo me thinking that the groups was super fit, i took the uphill road...WRONG! came up the a tower and then to samuel griffth drive still no group. Took a track to simpsons falls..still no group, then i found theses trackst that looked alot like running shoes so i follwed them for two ks and asked some old ladies if they had seen a whole bunch of runners.. they had up the track 5mins ahead, yah! tried to catch up but i was always just behind.. eventually i lost the tracks and ended up taking the wrong route to some picnic reserver so i was like bugger it and went back to wendyss place. when i got back they still werent there so i did another 2km loop.
C • Well run 1
