much better, chest hurt a little but i was fine, so slow though and i had bad route choices when i thought i could get through a creek that was no marked there...grrr
also there were too many tricker treaters out tonight and they were distracting when i should have been concentrating on control flow...alot of them were either kids dressed up as goths or they were emos wearing capes...

i felt better this morning and rode my bike, by the time i got around the corner, i coughed up some icky stuff and was soo tired..maybe tomorrow i might be able to make it around the next corner

ok guys! there is officially a juniors page on the oq website, but! you have to be logged in to use it. its under coaching and cyclones corner or something. any way there is a forum and stuff and if you want more just tell me.
