i got up this morning and put my running gear on...thats as far as i got, i stood looking out the front door for 10mins and finally went back inside and worked on core stuff and strengthing my knee

christmas street-o, ran around with will and got all 20 controls, was heaps of fun and we ended up coming 2nd. good night in all until a baby stole my toblerone.

run from bombana(or something like that) to jollys lookout up near mt nebo. Was a single track so lucky me got stuck up near the front and had to run real fast for the 1st 4km (trying to catch olly) finally crashed in the last 500m and everyone over took.
then on the way back was really slow and bleugh but i found my second wind and picked up the pace quite a bit on the last 2km
was good and all and a good breaky after.

im toally logging this, (its no different from rogaining)

bushwalk after the run down near mt glorius, pretty much went like this
down small windy steep track, hit creek, up massivly steep hill with no track and plenty of lantana and rainforesty stuff, down other side of hill through more lantana (even steeper), hit creek.
walk down creek, no track on eitherside so... guess we had to swim. swam/walked/slipped for 40mins down the creek through really deep ponds. then back up a hill and magically we were back near the road.

amazingly there were no leaches, and only a few eels...well that we saw.

ran around the gap in between storms. stopped a few times to look at the rainforest/creek in the wet. was really quite tranquil and i should have taken a camera
