| couldnt sleep last night and i was so sore after doing that circuit thingy that i didnt think that i would run well today but! i did amazingly, i got this energy spurt running up a hill and kept it up until 1km to the end, and i ran up this hill that i have never been able to run up before! | ||

| i've got this circuit going and so i tested it out tonight and it was soo much fun, i had a trampoline and all, i also spent alot of today writing out a training plan for the summer, it looks hot! well for the first 6 weeks anyway.
