today = rest day, so i decided to put up christmas decorations and the tree. soo pretty

some rest day, i couldnt sit still so i went swimming.did 5mins free style, 5mins breaststoke, 5mins side stroke and the rest was just swimming with a floaty toy and kiciking my legs only

was gonna do the 5km but i thought i needed a sprint in this week, plus i was really tired!!! ahh still sleepy

felt real good, did medium tonight and had a real good route choice and i pushed my self real hard on the last 2 controls
oh and i beat Ian by 2 mins!!

couldnt sleep last night and i was so sore after doing that circuit thingy that i didnt think that i would run well today but! i did amazingly, i got this energy spurt running up a hill and kept it up until 1km to the end, and i ran up this hill that i have never been able to run up before!

did the circuit again but added more things, so now i have 11 bits in it including shuttle runs and a swim

i've got this circuit going and so i tested it out tonight and it was soo much fun, i had a trampoline and all, i also spent alot of today writing out a training plan for the summer, it looks hot! well for the first 6 weeks anyway.

plan to get this circuit fully up and running by tuesday
