didnt feel too good this morning, so i ran a shorter one with clare cause her leg was hurting

very hilly run,wanted it to be 45mins but my watch broke out there so i couldnt tell when 45mins was up

also spent all day painting and stuff and my brother got a nintendo wii today so i spent all my free time playing tennis and golf and bowling, it is so exhausting! its like a work out

some how i came 5th for this run and it was so shocking, i ran past control number one and then got lost on a track in the dark in the middle of the bush

today i am officially buggered and i really want to rest but i have to go to the Ugly Gully break up party. But in theory today is a rest day.
