went to see olly at hospital, he's a bit sore but his 14kg baby is doing just fine

still tired from yesterday, Ian's plan to go running at bardon failed as he fell asleep, so i went running in good old gap instead

hard run at anzac park, was last by miles but it really hurt so thats good

night-o, so tired, was not concentrating, lost it at 8 in the bushland and tracks, had fun though

did 4 bush intervals on a course at gap creek. at the second control of each interval we would map the area around the control. had to put out the streamer for the 5-6 ( longest leg) thought i was putting it on a pit but apparently it was a fence??? good times
