| this was alll good and fine until control 9! stupid control nine, was totally not rtfm! i ran up some hill were i wasnt sure i was when i should have stopped! grr i hate myself for that 30-1min lost there, not happy! i was actually coming second for the course at control 8, check the splits! other than that, it was good. | ||

| couldnt quite get my legs working today, they are in quite a bit of pain from yesterday. it was a backwards window o today whre we got to the control circle which was blacked out and had to draw it in, a bit tricky in some parts but easier in others. for some reason its easier to run up hills then is to run down them with my sore hamstring. | ||
