i went to the regatta today after my exam and i ordered a drink and i got it for free cause it was my birthday!!! and plus i was wearing a party hat. this was at 10:30 am then Ian taught me how to use the pokies. i lost 4 and made $1. ...might do some training today

did sprints for 7.40 and then 20 sqauts, 30 sit ups, 30 star jumps, 60 step ups, 20 arm ups, 20 lunges. and there was something else i did...

my mum was listening in on temptation tonight on tv and they had a question " Hanny Allston is the world sprint champion for which sport using a map and a compass?" and the guy that answered got it right... then they continued to say " yes she was the first australian to win a world orienteering event"
!!! yah!

was really slow like i felt i was running at 50% the whole way. but my navigation was reallly clean throughout and i was really careful in the control circle.
