It was a good course, i had a bit of difficulty at 2 but luckly everyone did. i should of had a better, or at least a route choice to number 2 but it wasnt too bad in the end. all the controls after that were fine.

did a fitness test today, it was awesome, im appartently on the border or good to excellent fitness. except my flexibility is very poor. hahaha i knew that.

rest day today as of psychology exam. Tomorrow im undergoing a fitness test to help out with my friend doing exercise and health and tafe.

ok! i am happy i even went out and did this today, it was sooo cold and windy, apparently 90kmph winds last night., what an icky day.

did the same as last week where we ran around to the start reading the map and by the time we got to the start we knew what we were looking for and where to go, attack point etc. after we ran around i pairs talking the way we would go to the control.

did 1,2,3,2,1 again this week and with 1 min break. feeling good.

also this strange old lady came up to me in a purple suit in between running and was telling me how beautiful the green grass was in the sunlight. so i continued to talk to her for a while...

this was a great little run in my new shoes. they are just extra shoes for running in case my other ones get stolen..like last time.. crazy nuriootpa folk...or my uncle has them either one.
Any who about the run, well i was just running really strong the whole way and the last bit is really hilly and the last time i did this loop i did it in 27mins. and that was last year around november. so yah! pushed the 2km really hard up the hills


also robin hood men in tights was on tv today!!! best study reliever ever!!
