	went for a run around blackheath today. it was really wet and the cliffs were awesome. a really awe inspirering run. hi guys! I stole rachels internet mob phone so I can email and shit... but I won't i'm lazy. jwoc training camp is fun but everyone but 5 of us are sick. haha jwoc soon! btw i'm not sick . bye
