i got about a k in and realised i didnt feel like running today, or doing anything. so i ran home. i think im tired from riding yesterday.

Thursday Aug 2

ok this took sooo long cause the road up to channel 9 was so shit. it was so slippery and steep and even walking up it i kept losing my grip and falling over.
I was only planning on going for 30mins...but ended up riding past channel 9,ten,7 and back past a convent and wendy's house.

veryyy hilly but i didnt stop once! i ran all those hills and i felt fine at the end! ran from gap creek reserve to the dillon road then down highwood cres and then back to gap creek road.
we had to read a course while running, i read two from Barambogie aus champs.
definatly feel fitter for some reason...


also today while i was at the dentist i swear i saw jymbo sitting at a cafe with someone that looked alot like nick dent in newmarket. i did like a quadruple retake, i couldnt have a closer look cause i was late for the dentist, but i so convinced it was jim, :D

meh run after uni, ran with will and michelle, my calves are abit sore from yesterday but they felt happy while running. btw will reckons he will come to the qld champs and do 17-20a. LOOK OUT!

just did a quick ride to loosen up my legs for the rest of the day. i rode instead of doing an early morning run.

went for a run to the same place i went riding the other day. to wendys house and then back via bowman park. havnt run this long in ages and hit the wall at 55 mins. i now have the hiccups.

ok who wants to go running tomorrow??? at 6pm down at the usual place near the uq track near the round about. i have a car if you want to chuck stuff in it and im not thinking of intervels.. unless you want to but just like a 40min run?
