really good run, the hills were a bit of a killer though and had to walk up two of them. all and all happy with it. memorised half of my course while going to me 1st control.

rode home from bardon park. uphill slightly and had to wait at traffic lights.

was dead tired and didnt want to ride, but will stole the car hmmph! so i rode to babysitting and back again. this time i rode a different way with lights on the way home cause it was late and scary.

rode to babysitting and back. that hill at the end of payne road is getting easier to ride up. thats all i did today after 9.5hours of babysitting

rode to training via the small track going to gap creek. it was quite fun riding down it.

this was really good. i had my plan written on my map which helped.

it worked very well, got all of them spot on and didnt lose my concentration.

warm up run around gap creek, while reading a course from spaghetti soup in nz. quite technical to find good attack points for some of the legs.

Bench press- 50kg(above average)
dumbell shoulder press- 20kg(average)
Bicep curls - estimated 30kg( above average)
Leg press- 92.5kg (average)
leg extention- 60kg leg now hurts
muscle strength right hang grip 35kg, left hand grip max 33kg(both above average)
Push ups (reall push ups) permin- 20 ( apparently superior rating!)
sit ups per min 38( excellent rating)

i didnt want to do hills.. but the rest did so we did them up some hill near the engineering building.
they were 235 m
52, 48(not a real one stopped a little bit before the end cause my butt pinched me),59,57,56

did a faster then normal warm up trying to keep up with this hot runner across the road from me.. but he ran a different way and i was sad.
warm down coming back from sprints was slower.

crazy steep course, and i only made one mistake going to two where i wasnt concentrating on the creek junctions cause i just wasnt focused yet. the rest was good and i could have pushed it a little more on the hills but over i give my effort a 8 out of 10.

my legs felt a bit sore after the run today so i rode around until they felt better. now they are happy legs
