better than last week and longer weee.
went up behind payne road and down to gap creek, back up the new bike trail, dodging a few mountain bikers and then back down dillon road. the policemen didnt wave to me today :(

got a hankering for some mtbing so i went over to gap creek and did the same trail i did yesterday and other stuff. the policemen waved at me today

decided to go for a run today but instead of just running from my house i decided to drive to a place to run. so i went to gap creek. suprise suprise i pulled up to a familiar car out there.

gosh its getting hot, running out there made me feel like it was summer training at clives all over again.

did 6 hill runs on three different hills.

30sec rest in between and the rest was warmup and warmdown.

SCOPE: everyone watch Scope on chanel 10 on monday at 4 next week, rachel and I are on it talking about orienteering. From what i remember it will be hilarious.

rode around gap creek before training.
orienteering (creeks only) 40:00 [3]*****
orienteering at gap creek except the only thing on our map was the creeks, no contours or anything. was fun and i found them all fine. for the 2nd last one i went directly straight instead of going on the tracks, turned out ok. legs are pretty hacked up now because i didnt wear socks.

did you know today was free hugs day... i didnt get a single one :(

ran around the karingal scout camp, hills are becoming a bit of a problem, i need to start some hill runs once a week.

my legs felt like they were stiffening up, so i went riding for a bit. i got swooped by a magpie :(
