interval training at uq.
did some hills, beep test (where we all failed at 1.2), map memory, and then a partner sprint race around the uni.

went for an early morning run, felt kinda coughy and my breathing was very raspy, other then that i felt good.
was going to do my hills today but thought i better give it a miss until im better, + im doing heaps on saturday.
came across my good old hill sprint hill. did one for shits and giggles and got it in 33.41 without even trying ! thats 3 seconds off last time and i didnt even feel tired...

thats it tomorrow im doing absoutly nothing so i can be 100% for nz i think i'll go shopping

felt icky so didnt go for long+ i had to get my braces tightened. made them put green and gold bands on for the waitangi carnival :)

did 1/2/3/3/2/1 again from same place
sickness kinda got the better of me and i ended up 4m short of last week. the 1st 1min and 2mins were way furthur so i think i pushed myself too hard on those ones cause the 3min was a killer.
