very early and very tired so i didnt pull off anything too fantastic
1km - 4.20 - got to the 500m mark at 2:10 so managed to keep up the same pace.

took 1min and 1 second off from last week
i'm sooo close to getting under 30mins
next week maybe.

also after i went to the corner shop to get chocolate milk... but instead i found L&P.
yup thats right, no other place in brisbane sells this but this corner shop.

managed to find them all except 4 which i just couldnt be bothered to look for, turns out it was a bit controversial where it was placed so i got away with it

felt pretty good and i reckon i could have made it almost to my street today if i had pushed it a little harder down the hills, but cuase of my knee i didnt.
