not the run i was hoping fpr today. wanted tp do double this but my knee has flared up again so im gonna take it easy until monday.
currently i am massaging my leg and icing it. not fun

hilly terrain run at anzac park. didnt do the usual loop becuase im bored with it. did a longer less hillier loop and had to bail becuase it was getting to dark

went for a night run with my neighbour
took a map from the sprint area at jwoc and drew a course on it.

real good, had more fun than yesterday.
I got in the right frame of mind and naviagated well. They only mistake i really made was that i ran to acreek that wasnt mapped near the creek where the control was. When i got back to the finished it turns out my creek was deleted from my map and no one elses... wtf seriously.
