SA sprint champs at Waite.

Was a bit hesitant in places and made poor choices heading down a track too short etc.

Rolled my ankle by slipping off a gutter into 14. It hurt a lot and I had to walk for about 30sec. Never picked up speed again.

I never started this run fast so it was slow pretty much all the way. Into Belair and up long gully. Up the stairs and over to the waterfall. Followed the track along sheok and then into Belair triangle. Followed main road and then into Blackwood forest.
