Very sick and shouldn't have gone out. Feeling rubbish before the race so decided to run well for as much as I could. Made it to 9 well but fatigued to 9 and was getting dizzy headaches and I was just aching all over. Spent the rest of the course walking and jogging and sitting on rocks. I think I surprised Anna when she found me on a rock near 14.

Tassie middle and NOL
Plan was to be focused and aggressive and I think I was for the first half but I stuffed around at 8 overshooting it by 100m even though I had a good plan I didn't execute the fine navigation at the end well. 14 was just poor planing. Lost 2-3mins from mistakes and probably another 1-2 on aggressive speed. Tough work. Happy with my result but still not 100% satisfied
