Event at Kuitpo. Did course one and I did ok with my running and focus but I lost time due to exiting wrong and rushing in places. Talked to my juniors before hand about setting goals and talking to a mentor after.
3km time trial at santos. I took Jims advice and took splits every 200m to remain consistent. I did 48-51 sec splits which seemed to work so I didn't have a slow middle section. I felt good although I do have a soreish throat.
