Black Hill challenge.

I started off ok and was in second for a while with first in sight. Faded on the massive hill to spur track and struggled to get up to the summit of Black Hill. I was 5th at the 11km mark but knew I had a bit left in me for the down hills. Fanged it down hill and passed the three girls on the rocky/ dicey bits. Maintained my speed at the end but was hurting real bad because I knew the third girl was only 20sec behind me. Got to the finish and fainted haha. Yep I did a scandi flop except backwards and straight onto my back. My eyes rolled back and everything.
Spent 5 mins in the first aid tent but I’m fine now.
Came second so that was cool.
Tough as course this year.
