Sprint course at Glenelg. Didn’t understand the activity tonight and thought Manu had put the All the controls in the wrong spot until I realised at 14 that there were many controls in the circle and you had to go to the right one. I had to stop at 14 to stretch and I think I needed that longer warm up. Did two sprintevals after that as I was feeling better then.
I’m having a break from running for two days to see if it makes my legs feel better.
Harriers 100x3 increasing speed with 100 float x 6.
Arrived late as I had a physio appointment. My back is getting better and my hammies are alright. I got back in 10 days.
