Belair run. I wanted to do an 80min hilly run under 6min ks. Horrah! This was tough but Simon helped me push along.

I’m taking a few rest days. Trying to fix my back and hammies and also trying to recover from heat stress. My body is pretty tired.

Feeling a bit Coldy. Still not running today. Legs feel great!

Sprint course at Glenelg. Didn’t understand the activity tonight and thought Manu had put the All the controls in the wrong spot until I realised at 14 that there were many controls in the circle and you had to go to the right one. I had to stop at 14 to stretch and I think I needed that longer warm up. Did two sprintevals after that as I was feeling better then.
I’m having a break from running for two days to see if it makes my legs feel better.

Arrived late as I had a physio appointment. My back is getting better and my hammies are alright. I got back in 10 days.
