Sprint training- hard

Sprint training but no contours or tracks. Took it easy as a warm down.

I’m feeling much better today.
Lighter weights today and 70kg leg presses.

Note

Took a day off work. I think I’m doing too much and it’s burning me out.
Very tired this week and my allergies are getting bad.

Felt pretty good but leg will be sore tomorrow.

Feeling flat again. Allergies at a an all time high.

I’m stuffed

Ended up having a rest day. I caught up on a lot of home stuff and even had time to cook, clean, and mow the lawn.
Amazing luxury.

3 lots of 5 200m with decreasing rests starting with 40sec
Consistently 44-46 seconds.

Only a slight twinge in my hammy.

30x 20kg dead lift
21x 25kg squats
20x 60kg leg press
24x commando push ups
3x chin ups
Same box jumps as before
60x ab twists.
