My leeeeeegggggg arggggg I should not have run today. Too much running in three days especially since my physio said I was only allowed to run once a day.

Royal park sprint. Started with Tamsin. Ignored Warrens advice to not check my codes so I did not mispunch, unlike Warren. Felt strong but starting to get sore.

Last leg for the sa team. Stayed in the same position. Felt ok but didn’t have the speed of shannon. I navigated pretty well. Pushed it at the end.

Throat very sore today and I am very snifferly.

Blkeeeehhhehshdhdhjsjsks I wasn’t paying attention and panicked full on. Made so many mistakes and got caught by Belinda and then completely cooked myself trying to keep up and lost speed at the end.
