Started off slow but picked up pace.

Night Orienteering at Belair golf course.
Did this after the run with Zara. I iced my hammies after the run and they were surprisingly ok Orienteering.

Woke up this morning with horrible stomach pain and had to race to the toilet. I have been in and out of the bathroom all day with gastro problems :(
Anyway I went for a run with the group but felt shit so went home... then to the ohoc meeting.

Feeling better as I’m typing this finally at 9pm.
18hour bug I’m hoping.

Nice loop up Olav hill and then into the park. Saw a koala and was confronted by two emus.
