Eyre peninsular champs at the Sandmine and broccoli hill.
Wellll this was hard and I made two massive mistakes. Didn’t run of the map like others did but was still about 25mins of errors.
Loved the map because it was challenging.

Coffin Bay Street Orienteering. Stuffed up 1 and 5 due to control placement and that threw me off for the rest of the run. Number 1 was a bit of a trap control as you had to run back out the way you came to get to two due to the out of bounds between the tracks. I think a number of people went straight through this. #old orienteers don’t understand out of bounds rules.
Wasn’t very thrilled to be out there this arvo. Tired from a restless nights sleep.

Last day of the QB3 day in nz. It was suppose to be a middle but it was quite long and hard running in places. Made an error on 2 going too low into the green. Pushed hard from there and tried to keep it clean. Also picked good lines in the forest which made running easier. The low pine area was difficult to get through.
Another win which was nice but could have been about 2 mins faster if I didn’t make that error at 2.
