Harriers run
10x 200m with decreasing recoveries.

Warm up and warm down.

In other news: turns out I actually won on Sunday in the trail race. The girl who was first missed the mt. Misery turn off and ran back to the finish. She only realised when she got home. Poor thing. Anyway Simon and I can now say we got double firsts!

Mt Misery trail run.
Ran hard, did good, got placing. Tired now.
Some long hills but ran them all.
Came 2nd which was nice.
Simon won which is nice as well.

Tired.

Pakaparkanthi Park run.
PB! By 33 seconds and first time under 21mins
My watch said 20:37 at 5km but I will go with the parkrun time
Tash said I had to do 20:30 so I went out and tried real hard.

Corridor o at Mt Crawford.
Absolutely stacked it on a fence about 400m in. Had to sit for about a min to re-orientate myself. Felt a bit nauseous after that. Caught Jo and stuck with her for most of the course. Had fun running the contours back. Found a gel from the Aus champs at a control site. Took it back to put in the bin.
