Hmmm there were positives and negatives. Still wobbly at the end of my legs near the control circle. Lost a lot of time on 5 but very happy I nailed 2-4 because I had a plan and stopped for 1-3 seconds
16x100m with 40sec recoveries. Same session as the Harrier's session and we were doing it at the same time! Just 10am for us and 5:30pm for them
