Pakapanthi Park run. Didn’t go hard, just a tempo pace. Just wanted to get around and have fun :)

run 12:20 [3] 3.0 km (4:07 / km)

Sa athletics cross country relay series. Rounded up a team on Thursday and dragged simon along.
Ran last for my team. Not sure where we placed but happy enough with my time.
I think we did 13:30, 12:58 and I did 12:22.
Track was mostly thickish grass and had a steep little hill at the end. Fun times.

Simon ran third too and did 9:40 ish.

Tried to stay with the lead pack the whole session and manage to just do it. Did 5 in a row at 41secs and nearly died haha
