Oh the pain. Ankle was taped up super good today but was still very ginger.
I decided that going down hills was a bad idea so I took massively wide route choices to avoid going in and out of creeks.
Ankle sort of loosen up around control 18 but I never was very confident with where I put my foot. It twinges everynow and then but I didn’t twist it like yesterday. Ran slow to avoid causing any more problems.
