I ran and then stopped running. That pretty much sums up my Aus champs.
Felt horrible and coughed a lot. Probably shouldn’t have gone out. Was fun when I could move but both head and legs went at the same time.

Now at 9:30pm do I finally feel a bit better.

Oceania sprint.
Sick and tired and did minimal warm up. Body was aching horribly.
Just kinda did the course as best I could. It was not fast but it was clean. Ran out of puff at the end .
