I’m tired
Oceania middle. Nice course but too steep for me. Started hard and then died.
Yah NOL winner. That’s nice. I think I’ll sleep for a week now.


The amount of warm downs I did this week = 0
The amount of time in total that I warmed up= probably 15mins
Too sick to put more effort in than I needed
