Weeeeeeee that’s what happened in this course. Well, that’s how I felt. Used my observational skills to help me on this course. Run in the direction of the control and look. That was all I did. At 7 I think I ran past the boulder and missed it so overshot it. I did the same for 17. Warm down was zero yet again haha.
I am running the minimal amount I need to. Liv won! I was second.

Hours slept- 5.coughed until 1am and slept on the couch under two towels.

I have no idea what the time was and I can’t be bothered checking. Came 6th. Felt sick. Tried anyway. Warm up was almost a zero. Fell over and followed people to the last 5 controls due to not being able to read my mud-caked- map.

Felt a little bit better?
Warm up felt way better but still did minimal.
Started hard and thank god I studied the underpass thing from the bulletin. Planned things pretty well but still made lots of small errors and hesitations.
Warm down was zero. Actually no, I ran to the car to get the cabin keys and back.
