W21as course at Rawnsley. Was hot but ok. Super windy and the dust started to get out of control after I finished.
Jogged and walked around. My bearings were a little to the right in places.

Wilpena spurs
Went out on course 3 with dad. It was low 30’s when we started so I’m glad I just walked around with him. Dr doesn’t want me running in the heat. We had good chats and did the course pretty well. Also looked for fossils.

I felt better today and the weather was good so walked to Joan’s pantry and back.

F*** yeah! I did 20mins of pregnancy pilates.
I feel somewhat human this morning.

Note

Only threw up 2-3 times ( each day) in the past few days so this is an improvement. Woo hoo!

Oh and I stayed up till 9:05 and I went for an outing.

I went for a walk while Simon cooked. Can’t be around the cooking as there are too many smells. Had a much better day today.
