Wooo I did it! Sturt gorge trail run short course.
Felt great going around and even got a 5.16min/k for the first km. The run back was hard as it was nearly almost up hill.

Finished and then proceeded to walk and my right glute cramped up and now it’s causing me much issues.

Walked 1.7km and then ran the test with Liv. Euan got swapped half way with Simon. I managed to do 5:35mink pace a few times.

Amazingly I feel almost 100% today. Oh and it wasn’t COVID.
Walked to joan’s pantry and back with simon and Euan.

Thanks to Simin and Leith for looping back to me. I actually didn’t feel that bad at all. Just heavy so hopefully I will lose some more baby weight and I will feel lighter. I don’t actually feel weak so that’s a plus.

Fun day.
Went to bed not feeling well and woke up still feeling horrible so... got Euan in the car and got in line for a COVID test at the repat. Total waiting time was only 40mins but Euan lost the plot 20 mins in. So he was screaming, I needed to pee and I was beginning to stress when I got into the repat finally, only to realise I could not escape if I needed to at that point.

Anyway made it home and decided to distress by making cookies. I accidentally put in too much bicarbonate soda and so I had to chuck them. Made another batch but became distracted by Euan and those ones burnt.
So no cookies were had.

Also attempted to go for a walk but was too achy.
