20' easy with some dynamic stretches and strides, then 6 x 30 second hill reps with 2 minutes recovery, had to push to get to the same place by the last 30 second hill rep but still felt good.
6 x 60 second hill reps with 3 minutes recovery between reps. It got really tough after 3 reps but still managed to get a little further each time. Legs felt like they couldn't move on the last one but I got the furthest on it which felt strange.
20 minutes easy helped to loosen off.
