Did the whole session round the playing field. Perfect running conditions. 15' easy and got straight into the 5 x 1' @ 5km pace / 2' roll on + 5 x 2' @ 10km pace /2'roll on and then 15' easy. Felt like I was moving really well. Could feel foot slightly when warming up but went away completely.
Feel unusually sore in my lower left soleus. Not sure whether to carry on doing the exercises or let it rest, but only seems to be sore when runnning.
