Went down to the school playing fields with the grass track and did some drills and strideouts. I did the 30' easy at around 7 minute mile pace. Felt good doing the first few 200s, started to get a little harder on the last ones. Then 30' easy again which was quite a bit quicker then the first 30' but I felt it was the same intensity. Didn't feel feet at all but could feel the little strain in left quad on the 200s.
