Grass run (50'mod + 4 x hill sprints) 59:10 [3] 14.9 km (3:58 / km) +18m 3:57 / km
slept:7.0 shoes: #2 s-lab sense ultra

50' moderate round the field, started slower and picked it up. Felt really good. Felt the warmth of the sun for the first time in months, probably made a big difference. Only did 4 hill sprints on the road as legs were working hard and didn't want to over do it so soon then just jogged back feeling surprisingly light and springy today.
