20' easy + 6 x 1' sprint climbs with 3' full recovery + 20' easy Went on the same trail on the golf course as last few times I've done this and felt really good and strong and quite springy and seemed to be getting quite a bit further up than I've ever done before. Made full use of the 3 minutes and jogged very slow for about 30'' before each rep. Good little hit out.
